Recently the EU Commission launched its "Proposal for a DIRECTIVE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on recreational craft and personal watercraft".
After having made several impact assessments the Commission Proposal will be presented to the EU Parliament soon. See already today, what is ahead of industry in probably 2012 at the earliest, if voted in favour by the Parliament.
